Engine rebuilding.

An engine rebuild starts with the basics. The engine is completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn or damaged parts are replaced, surfaces are machined where needed, and everything is reassembled to factory specs. The result: an engine that’s technically as good as new. As standard, I replace:

  • Valve seals
  • Pistons and/or piston rings
  • All oil seals
  • All bearing shells
  • New timing kit

You can choose to have your own engine rebuilt, or go for an exchange engine. If you choose to rebuild your own engine, you drop it off and get it back once the work is done. With an exchange engine, you receive a fully rebuilt unit ready to install right away. Your old engine is then returned. I work with a core deposit: once I receive your old engine—and it’s still rebuildable (no hole in the block)—you get your deposit back. This saves you time and gets your vehicle back on the road faster.
